So glad that these games are being brought back. They deserved better than to die with the eShop. Any fan of the Phoenix Wright trilogy should experience the series’ second half. Can you do the Investigations duology next? Or even just the sequel? It’s been Japan-only for twelve years now. I’m willing to wait longer for AA7 if that’s what it takes!

@@TheUltimateRare That would be about as disappointing an outcome as it could get. Let’s hope not… The AJ trilogy includes two new languages for AA4 and four new languages for AA5 and AA6. And the Great Ace Attorney games got English releases in 2021, so there’s definitely hope.

You could apply that sentiment to the entirety of Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice, which were both entirely DLC outside Japan. Yes, there are the mobile ports, but they’ve been outdated for quite some time (the iOS ones are only compatible with iOS 14 or older, and can be buggy on later OS).

@@ZTimeGamingYT Ouch, that’s rough. You can get the iOS version with the DLC only for $4 or so, but as I said, those versions are outdated, and if you’re getting the new trilogy, that will include everything.

Just throwing it out there that this and The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles were present on the internal Capcom leak several years ago, and one other thing was... Ace Attorney 7. The dream will never die.

as of right now, i can confirm the ace attorney 7 part of the leak doesn't appear to be what it seems. It's either heavily delayed or the leak was fake from the beginning.

@@TheUltimateRare The leak was not fake, it was confirmed to be real long ago. The documents were pre-Covid, and they also indicated that this Apollo Justice trilogy was being considered and not in development yet. They clearly decided to move forward with it due to the excellent reception to Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, and it honestly makes a lot of sense to have all 6 mainline games on modern consoles before releasing the 7th one (which, based on the tease at the end of the 6th, should be a direct continuation)

@@TheUltimateRare A lot of Capcom's smaller projects such as Ace Attorney 7 and Rockman Taisen were delayed due to COVID. Bigger projects such as Resident Evil 4 and Street Fighter 6 came out at the exact same time frames as the leaked document outlined. This shows that Capcom simply weighed their priorities and decided to focus on getting the bigger projects done on time and put the smaller ones off for later.

Looks like a really great port! Graphics and UI were updated nicely, all content of the original games is there along with tons of bonus material! I'm glad the sound player has the entire soundtrack of each game this time, unlike in TGAAC and Ghost Trick. So yeah, great job on this compilation, I hope this paves the way for a new Ace Attorney game!

Everything looks excellent! The only thing missing is the option to play in Spanish! There are many, and I mean, MANY Spanish-speaking fans out there that have been asking for Spanish language support for years now and that are still struggling to play these games without their native language, mods have been their only solution. So please consider adding Spanish as an optional language for the next games, specifically, Ace Attorney 7! Thank you!!

I already have these games for the 3ds, but I never did get the DLCs for Dual Destinies or Spirit of Justice. So I am looking forward to this trilogy’s release. Hopefully a U.S physical copy will be released in the near future as well.
