It's a battle of the new guys, today Joe Farewell pits both of the the 2024 guns from Atlas, the Apollo and EOS, head to head and gives us his thoughts

I'd like to see how the 4.6 ares compares to these in same class. 4.6 gets you side grip thingys. I thought the 4.6 was the sweet spot on 9mm.

In one of your previous videos you said Apollo would be the one to go if you are only going to have one. Now, looks like you need two Atlas at least?

If a buy a Apollo from atlas page. How much time I have to wait to have it on my hands?

i emailed atlas about a month ago. they told me the current lead time is about 12-13 months out

Apollo feels much better in the hand. Weight distribution is better.

I’m pretty sure the eos would be a better shooter if you had a SRO on it. The red dot makes a big difference on transitions

I love the SRO, but not on a 1911/2011 type handgun. it gets too dirty too quick on that platform. Prefer the RMR or even the Holosun 509t

While the Apollo is marketed as being the better shooter, I'm not sure why. The muzzle rise was pretty much the same, but the Eos cycles and gets back to zero quicker based on the slow motion video. The Apollo has the advantage of the grip and magwell options, while the Eos will carry better. If barrel length isn't a major factor, I think the decision will come down to whether you want a slight advantage toward concealment or the improved grip and magwell options. If you're strictly concerned with shooting performance (not including reloads or ergonomics), I don't see how the Apollo makes the stronger case for it.

Okay bruh, now who put you up to this? We know which is the new king. THE DESTRYER and that's the Apollo! Now go do what you said in the last video... You chose the Apollo out of the three that being the Erebus and the EOS. Now you come with this bruh stop it... Besides you gave a time with the EOS 2.86 and 2.69 but no time for the Apollo which it seemed faster to me bruh! At the end you killed me if I could only have one gun the EOS please stop playing you and I both know the Apollo is for everything... You want to go to the range and plink around that my friend is every pistol. You want to sign up for competition the Erebus and the Apollo... Self defense that be any pistol. Oh, I forgot (EDC) carry I know lets grab the little EOS and God forbid you have to use it and it has to be taken, all it takes is for one crooked cop to recognize what it is you won't see it again!!!😎
