I suggest my short and free essay on Deborah. Men and women are perfectly equal spiritually. She was a pastor, according to the scriptures. This is how the Judges are described in Chronicles. A Judge was the most important spiritual leader of that time period according to scripture. When a Judge died the people went back to their sinful ways. To say a woman can be a Judge over Israel, but a woman can't be an elder in a small church, just doesn't make any sense scripturally.

As for me, I absolutely don't have any problem with women being pastors or leaders in church. God said He will pour out His Spirit on all flesh, and both sons and daughters will prophesy. How do daughters prophesy to God's people if they don't speak at all in church? Remember, that women held leadership roles in Scriptures, right from the Genesis to the Revelation. Deborah, a woman was a judge In Israel, and she led a whole nation, which is way larger than a congregation. Also, Josiah, a little boy became king at eight years old. This is to show that this concept of women not preaching in church is satanic. The church is not a men's cult but the Ecclesia of God, and anyone can function as He permits, regardless of gender. God calls whoever He wills, and empowers whoever he wants. God can use anybody at anytime for whatever purpose He wishes, and we can't do anything about it, he's God. If God can use a donkey to speak to Balaam and little David to defeat Goliath, what the entire Israel was afraid of, why can't he use a woman to lead His church? Don't demonize what God deems appropriate. If you're a woman reading this, and God is calling you to minister, go ahead and don't let the devil use these religiously brainwashed folks to stop you. #EvangelistGlobal

God uses women to bring me to Him. I was evangelized and brought to a church with a woman pastor. When I read 1 Timothy 2:11-15. It said a women wasn’t supposed to have authority over me. I struggle with this to this day but I can see these women are anointed. The pastor told me what God did in her he can do in me 10 times faster. I thank God for using them but I wish He would have used men because it can confuse a man that actually follows scriptures. Deborah, pouring out His spirit on all flesh doesn’t say they can pastor. God allows it because men are out of place and Deborah was a judge/ leader before God judged the land. Grace and sincere faith and God moves. Shiprah Puah and Rahab weren’t honest but God still was gracious. God will still move and snatch someone out of hell and use a male or female but the church is healthy and is full of less confusion when it’s aligned biblically. Unless you have a bunch of biblically illiterate men.

@@user-nl8dd8qk3t the fact that God used women pastors go to reach out to you shows that there's nothing wrong with it. God doesn't contradict His Word. He knew that they were women, yet he used them anyway. Saying that God won't use women to pastor His church is like placing restrictions on God, and you know that's impossible.
