सर मेरे द्वारा आरटीआई लगाया गया था 1st अपील हुआ कोई जवाब नहीं मिला 2nd अपील में भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला उसके बाद आयोग द्वारा डेट लगा पर वहां पर विभाग द्वारा गलत सूचना दी गई उसके बाद हमने 15 दिन के अंदर आपत्ती दीया फिर उसका जवाब आया और वह भी गलत जवाब था फिर आयो आयोग द्वारा डेट मिला फिर भी गलत जवाब गलत मिला फिर से हमने आपत्ति दार किया अगला डेट 2 महीने बाद का है सर इसमें कभी फैसला होगा या नहीं

Ohk sir understood everything but my problem not covered in this video so kindly please reply... Im briefly explaining... I file RTI on district PIO to give information from a college in same distric and PIO transfered that application to that college and send me acknowledgement. Now college didn't give me any reply on that application after 30 days. I make first appeal to FAO today. So question is that... Will i get penaulty for delay on getting reply of my application or not?

Every department has designated pios and Apios,since your are from health department you can get it from chief medical officer or higher or you can get it from office website of concern department
