AppFlowy is a powerful, open source alternative to the project management, and productivity closed source app, Notion. If you're looking for a great tool to help get you organized, keep your projects organized and on track, and provide you some really powerful tools for documentation and note-taking, the AppFlowy might be just what you need.
NOTE - I did find that the feature to copy out of AppFlowy to the system clipboard is not yet implemented. If you are looking to copy data out of the system later (such as for online show notes) then you may want to just keep an eye on the project until they can add that feature in.
