Those egg roll covers are great for ,chilli rolls . Make your chilli much thicker than you normally would ,roll them up . Make sure to close the edges up so there is no leakage and fry. They are so delish !!!! My husband took them with him when they went fishing. He said they were very filling and really good. Enjoy!! Also pizza roll ,pepperoni and sauce and cheese . Philly steak and cheese , pulled BBQ pork and cheese

Michele Hicks Oh try jalapeño popper egg rolls recipe on KZfaq , strawberry cheese cake eggs also by the same KZfaq male I’ve done taco egg rolls make taco meat thick add coby jack shredded cheese or your favorite roll up and fry as normal Then I have sour cream added with chives and green onions , favorite salsa , and guacamole on the side for dipping or felling extra indulgent I’ll have a jar Torino’s medium Nacho sauce the kind you buy in the isles also with the tortilla chips on the side instead of salsa as one of my dipping sauces I made all of these for a friends football party and it was a hit. I made all the fillings at home and just brought them to her house and wrapped and fried them . I used her deep fryer and I labeled each tray showing which egg rolls they were . Plus a buffalo wing egg rolls I just sautéed some thin chicken breast (whole pieces ) brown on both sides in cooking oil seasoned With a little salt and pepper and garlic powder Let them rest in a bowl for 4 mins don’t want dry chicken shredded with forks and added a little sautéed celery with butter chopped fine and added just enough buffalo sauce or Franks wing sauce Don’t make it wet just enough to know its sauce in there Then wrapped egg rolls and fried . Served with homemade blue cheese dressing From Chef John here on KZfaq and his ranch dressing . I got a standing ovation hugs and kisses and I made all of them including this one with a Carmel dipping sauce . I made the buffalo egg rolls and the taco one are my own creations Enjoy thought I’d share! ❤️

It’s very good! Changes I made, I brushed one side of the egg roll wrapper with a film of veggie oil which will be the outside. I added toasted chopped walnuts to the mixture. Everything else the same but I baked them at 325F about 15 minutes each side or until golden brown. Came out really good. I’m not really fond of frying 😀. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Your Apple filling is almost exactly how I make fried apples ( to serve with pork chops). Next time I make them I will have to double up on the recipe and use the extra to make these the next day for dessert :) They look so yummy!

She didn't use a wire rack...so they will not be soggy Egg rolls.
