There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple designs to the different fruits and vegetables.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving designs for larger centrepiece displays
Advanced Level - How to carve Roses and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit & Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkin.

I used a fresh gala apple in this video. To prevent this : - dip in a mixture of salt and water or lemon juice and water. thanks :)

What kind of knife are you using? & fantastic work I will attempt to try this at my hotel. Your work is amazing I recently learned how to do the Apple swan but hopefully with this video I can set the bar higher

Depends on what it is, we eat the fruit, sometime I make soup from vegetable and put the skin in the compost. I try not to waste anything. Thank you :)
