RECIPE (Dry Ingredients)
1 1/2 cup AP Flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
pinch of Nutmeg
(Wet Ingredients)
2/3 cup whole milk
2 Eggs
2 tbs Melted Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Whisk both dry and wet Ingredients Separately then whisk all together well.
Chop 3 large Granny Smith Apples and fold into Mixture
On the stove heat about 1 inch of oil to 350° and fry as shown in the video
(Icing)
2 cups Confectioners Sugar
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbs Milk
whisk together well and dip both sides of the Apple Fritter well. This is the reason I don't add sugar to the flour mixture because you get plenty enough when you dip both sides..ENJOY
