A brief glimpse into Hildene's annual Apple Tree Pruning Workshop with Programming Director Stephanie Moffett-Hynds, Arborists Joe Blair and Bill Garrison, and Gardener Eric Rose. Joe and Bill focused on two forms of pruning: corrective pruning for ornamentals and pruning to increase productivity for apple-bearing trees. The workshop is free and open to the public with thanks to donors whose contributions go toward programming such as this. We hope to see you next year!
