When I was looking for a new home a couple of years ago I used my Meta Quest 2 to open Zillow listings that had virtual tours and did basically the same thing. It's how I chose my current home. It is very cool!

I would have never thought about using the Apple Vision Pro to search for Real Estate. And I'm glad to see Zillow incorporating this technology. Great video, thanks for sharing.

I watched a video we created for Arizona’s most expensive home (at the time) it was pretty cool making my canvas 10 X 10 and can see why the VP and products like it are the future

Billy, be aware when you are using the screen record and talking… you move your head a lot and it can make the viewer queasy. Secondly, the iPhone 15 has the immersive depth mode for taking pictures and video that when viewed on the Vision Pro is very immersive, but it is not 360… yet. Being able to make the videos the way you want and need will be driven by the users. The Vision Pro is a vehicle for change, but I don’t think it is intended for the common user yet. I agree with you that the uses for VR are endless as it is hard to predict ‘What else can I use it for?’ Enjoy, and yeah, this is very cool. Can’t wait to see what is next.

Just watched your DJI goggles & motion controller video. There's a lot of unanswered questions in the comments. Could you either answer them or make a quick video on the current status? Many questions were about using the RC with the goggles.

I love this video. The regular “Tech reviewers” are offering very little insight on the AVP’s relationships in the business sector. They are all talking about mostly game developers. I watch a video where a contractor used the feature to measure spaces with a virtual tape measure. Yours is very interesting on the richness of full service 360, 3D house tour video.

Hi Billy. I have a question about the Air 3. Why is it that when I fly and record an 8 minute clip or a long clip that when I get it into my computer, the clip gets segmented into 2 videos? I'm not an editor and don't care to be. I want to be able to watch my flights in one video. Not Two. Please help

I find it laughable that these guys decided to wait for a vastly overpriced headset to introduce the app. If it wasn't a good idea when the Quest came out it is much less of a good idea for a headset that costs 10 times the Quest 3.

Apparently, they figured that anyone who can acquire these homes can EASILY afford AVP Perhaps they determined that Quest owners CANNOT afford these high-end properties, any more than they can afford a Vision Pro 🤷🏾 At any rate, it’s a stunning presentation! ❤️‍🔥
