I looooove my Apple Watch ultra. It’s very sturdy too. Totally worth the money. AS LONG AS APPLE DOESNT PUT OUT A NEW ONE THIS YEAR

Thanks for the videos on the Ultra and I am looking forward to see how you got on with it after the 7 days. I have had mine for around 4 months now after not wearing anything on my wrist for years and I got used with it very quickly. The best part for me is being able to go out for the day or a few hours on dog walks and not having to have my iPhone or worry about battery life.

Had the S7. Hated the battery & felt like I had to baby it after scratching the screen. The AWU has been great in durability & battery. I took mine on a few adventures already

I’m wearing my new Apple Watch Ultra 2 right now. I’m coming from the Apple Watch 6. I like the watch.

Very nice. So why did you choose the ultra over the series 9?

@@evanmarch4142 I chose the ultra 2 over the Apple Watch 9 due to the battery life and also due to the size I really like big watches I had an Apple Watch series I think it was three and it was like 44 inches so I’m not really going up in size too much from when I had that one and this one should have longevity, considering what it’s made of I’m also very active even though I’m not an extreme athlete.

@@evanmarch4142 I chose it due to the battery life what it is made of and I like larger watches it’s easier to type on. I’m also very active however, I’m not an elite athlete, but I’m active enough to wear I will benefit from most of the activities. All other Apple watches I have owned only give me around 15 hours of battery life with or without my phone present this one has given me 48 hours before I even had to recharge it that way if I want to go somewhere without my phone for a few hours, I will feel more comfortable. That my battery life went out running low.

How do you like that band? Is it just as wide as the other ultra bands?

I love the band. I don’t think it is as wide as the ocean band.

I have the Alpine loop. Put the G-hook on top so its not rubbing on the desk. I have the G-hook facing me.

That’s a good fix, what about the bottom of the watch? Do the hook scratch your watch?

wish it was 800$, i payed 1050e here in europe. but i do love it, it was first apple watch i wanted to buy as those previous ones just looked as women watches being small, rounded and all. just wish i could delete those fitness & health nonsense as im not sure just disabling them saves battery.

First redesign? No, the Series 4 was also a big design change, although not as big as the Ultra.

Yes, testing the se 2 right now and having only a single day battery is a big difference.

Very true. But it would help the button layout and keep them from being pressed when leaning on the wrist.

$800 USD/$1100 CAD is just not worth it for, as you put it, something that won't last forever. Also it's Apple, so I'm not even going to pay $400 CAD for it 🤣
