The kiss aired January 29, 2016, but two years earlier on March 25, 2014 the book Ever After High The Unfairest of Them All hit the shelves and in chapter 20 Darling asks everyone to look away, but Apple sneaks a glance anyway and falls under Darling's spell. Many boys in that room have crushes on Darling and yet not a single one of them looked at Darling, everyone but Apple turned away. Apple could not help but stare at Darlings beauty and accidentally fell under her spell. And after seeing the hair flip and “Darling lowered her eyelids halfway and smiled coyly” all Apple could manage to say was “Enchanting” So in summery you can’t convince me otherwise that Apple had a very intense gay moment for Darling right here.
