Never used CeraKote before. But seems like an awesome product in the right applications. Looks sweet even in pieces👍🏻 excited to see it all together!

I'm with ya on wanting my saws to be nice/ look nice! I mean why not?!?! As much time as I have into each one rebuilding them and or porting them, why not make them nice looking too! Now if only I could figure out how to get rid of the oxidization on my sachs dolmar 133 and 143 without repainting them

I hobby detail cars and play with chainsaws. I use Gyeon Rim on the hot parts of a saw and Gyeon Trim on the plastics. They both come in bottles and if sealed properly, will last a long time, and they are much cheaper. Car Supply Warehouse sell them in the US.

Can't imagine time and money into bringing a saw. Not a blinger to begin with. A new saw looks nice to me, a used but not abused saw looks even better. They are tools, looking used says something about the operator, as does bling.

Boy that thing would look awesome after about a month of bucking and limbing pine and balsam all covered with pine pitch.😅
