I use an HP latex 110 printer. I have to because there is no offgassing and it’s safe without ventilation.

that looks like a screen printing squeegee. They're made in a variety of sizes.

The squeegee is 24 inches. I also own a 32 inch. And they could be screwed together to do projects over 4 feet.

Oh, I do not know what type vinyl. it is the cheapest for latex printing that I can get from Grimco. House brand

It is from us cutter I think. Try searching us cuter for aluminum big squeegee. I have 2. One 20 and a 34. You can screw them together.
