Very important point also to make is before starting the pedestal grinder to visually inspect the stone for damage or fracture. Then do not stand in front of the grinder when starting the grinder until it reaches full RPM. If the stone will explode it is at start up

I have started adding a stopper on the table to hold the twin core still while you scrape it.

There is a reason real machinists will always buy and refurb 10-year old Baldors over any new grinder that is foreign sourced. Personally, I have a 1401W, a 612R, a 7308DP, a 1021W, and I am looking for a high RPM 3-phase. I love my Baldors! No, it is not just like a chop saw used in woodworking, this guy does not know what he is talking about ,and his hands look like he never got the m dirty from working with metal. These saws have 14" blades, at least 15 amps, and lower RPM than wood saws. Guys like him put abrasive blade into wood miter saws just to see those saws last very short time. This video is a joke, and safety hazard.

Why would you clamp an aluminum wheel from the inside? Good way to have it pop off and hurt someone, the aluminum is too soft. you should clamp from the outside per manufactures recommendation.
