You have a good point but she also could have left in between tasks. She could have left before the task was even assigned, not as soon as they started - leaving them with a further depleted number of team members. If she had left before Lord Sugar gave them the task, he could have evened out the number of members in each team

+Sonic Electro 4760890 - Scott left because Sugar and Brady both berated him in an unprofessional way despite the fact that his team won the task. He knew he wasn't going to win and that Sugar had it in for him and/or didn't like his business plan so why continue?! Why delay the inevitable and work for someone who simply doesn't respect you? It's futile and a total waste of time. Scott did the right thing and now has a business that has a yearly turnover of several million. He left the process with some dignity which many don't.
