This is by far the most helpful video on approval process ever. I have been looking for some good resource, luckily i found it. I have seen many Salesforce videos, but your way of teaching and explaining is very very good and effecient. Many people will try to explain all the scenarios in one or two steps, which is not an efficient way to understand. Really appreciate your time and effort on this video.
