Here's my box office recap for April 2024. ZZZZZ. That perfectly describes my thoughts on April because even though I knew it wasn't going to be good, it ended up being even worse than I thought. It was pretty much the polar opposite of March. There were no undisputed hits the entire month. The movie that got the closest was Civil War, which proved that A24 can release movies with bigger budgets. Nothing else lived up to their potential, and it made for a really sad month. At least, the summer season will be more interesting.
