This is a Full Moon Chakra Meditation for April 2024. This month the moon is in Scorpio and It is also known as the Pink Full Moon. This meditation will focus on letting go and accepting your power.
This is dedicated to my sweet child, Mocha. My angel. My baby. My guiding light. I love you, always & forever. 💕

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.

I am so sorry for your loss and pain. Mocha’s loving energy will be with always. Sending you love and healing energy. 💕✨ Thank you for doing this meditation. I had it third in queue and fell asleep before it started. I woke in the middle of it from a symbolic dream of my arduous and frightening journey to get to where I am today. I am releasing all the pain, trauma, shame and negative coping mechanisms that came with me out of my past. This meditation helped me to understand that and I am very grateful for that. Namaste.
