Watch me catch a nice mess of Bluegills on my homemade Hair jig, tipped with a small piece of worm and then take them home, clean a couple different ways and then fry them up. They were so good!

I take the ones I catch in Wisconsin and gut them . Then fire up my pit surrounded with big stones and wait 2 hours for the stones to heat up and lay the whole fishes on the rocks and wait 20 minutes then flip them and another 10 minutes . The scales and the bones peel off in layers and is the best eating Gills you will ever eat ! The meat from the head which most miss when filleting is so sweet !
