Hi I've been sewing for 50 years...I'm address the tutorial from u on what a beginner should purchase. I disagreed with almost everything. I've seen people have accidents because their cutting mat was too small...etc. you can see where I'm going with this big and small ruler are necessary. No finite rules. But years of sewing..no replacement for my kind of knowledge and you do need a walking foot...depends on. What's happening. OK 2 cents signing off😊❤
