human species is strange…. each time you remove wheel(s) to their mobility device , they consider it as extremely dangerous, not legal, or should be baned from their way amd so on 😂 from 4 to 2 wheel- car vs (motor)bile from 2 to 1 wheel - car and bike vs onewheel (call wheeler) from 1 to 0 wheel car/bike/wheeler vs pedastrian the reason is that most of them can’t handle this “wheel rduction” ! 😂 so yes wheeler are legal in EU at least. they are just in the same category as e-bike and e-scooter or e-skate 25 km/h max if existing , use of dedicated line mandatory (like bike) head protection recommanded (in somes country mandatoey) specific hand protection recommanded (not the case with this guy !) some EU country kept their old national regulation, not taking into account new mobility device (like one wheel) and they are banned. it is not EU rule compliant and these country has somes years to adapt their national law.
