Coffee Bun | Apron
Dough
Bread flour 200g / 1,1/3cup
Caster sugar 20g / 3Tbsp
Sea salt 1g / 1/4tsp
Fresh milk 120ml+-
Instant yeast 2g / 2/3tsp
Unsalted butter 20g / 1.5Tbsp
Unsalted butter cube 30g(5g each x 6)
Coffee topping
Instant coffee 3g / 1tsp
Lukewarm water 5g / 1tsp
Unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
Caster sugar 20g / 3Tbsp
Whole egg 25g / 1.5Tbsp
Plain flour 35g / 3Tbsp
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes

I made 6 pieces. You need to increase the amount of yeast. Recipe showing too little yeast.

Hello :) I wonder if I can leave the dough to proof overnight in the fridge just before putting on the cookie topping? So that it'd be easier for me to prep for breakfast the next morning
