OK so there's a LOT of redundant knee circles in this choreo and I have actually added jumping jacks and front kicks to reduce OVERwork in the hip area. You have to remember that water adds resistance and this could be painful for some students. Otherwise, this is GREAT choreo to a fun song. :)
