I do this class and a couple of gym classes at my local leisure centre. This is easiest class but has been most fun. It really depends on what the person doing it is like, as it can be anything at all slow, fast or in between. There is lack of deep aqua where I go unfortunately but in July I did a class which was covered by someone different to usual who I’d been telling there should be more deep classes and he did the best class I’d been in and was winding me up pushing me to do more. Tonight that class was beaten by someone who always does good classes but came as a surprise as the 2 classes she did before tonight yesterday and today morning have been good but slower than usual. Then tonight from start to finish was brilliant moving about a lot very fast and at end she got in the pool with us for first time ever.
