When behind drywall that can hold a fire back, yes it's fire safe. It does burn slightly more than the CPVC that is more commonly used for residential fire suppresion. This should never be used exposed in an industrial environment.

Sorry but no. This technology is ONLY approved for 1 & 2 family dwellings (NFPA 13D). A church would never be classified as a residential occupancy and therefore a sprinkler system would be designed under NFPA 13.

Yeah but if there is a fire this is great to have. If every house had one we would not need firemen.

@@THECRAZIES06660 not true, fire sprinkler systems are not designed to put out a fire. They are designed to help suppress a fire and control it to a minimal level until help arrives

When behind drywall rated to hold back a fire for a significant amount of time, it's fine. I would never use this in an industrial setting, however.
