തടി കൂട്ടാൻ എളുപ്പം ആണെന്നോ? എനിക്ക് വയസ്സ്62. പഠിക്കുന്ന കാലത്ത് 170 cm ഉയരം ഭാരം48 kg. കാലം മുന്നോട്ടു നീങ്ങി.എന്നാൽ എൻ്റെ ജീവിത രീതിയും ഭക്ഷണവും കാരണം ആകാം....തൂക്കം അൽപസ്വൽപം കൂടി ഏകദേശം അറുപത് വരെ ഒക്കെ എത്തി.അടുത്ത കാലത്ത് ചെറിയ ബിപി യുടെ ആരംഭം പോലെ തോന്നി.ഇതുവരെ ഒരു dr റെയും കണ്ടില്ല.എൻ്റെ dr. ഞാൻ തന്നെയാണ്.അതിനാൽ മരുന്ന് ഇല്ല.മാംസമോ മത്സ്യമോ എല്ലാം വളരെ കുറവ് തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു.ഇപ്പൊൾ തീരെ ഒഴിവാക്കി. ബിപി normal.sugar normal. നല്ല വിശപ്പ്...എങ്കിലും,ഒരു പ്രശ്നം മാത്രം... എക്‌സിമ....അത് വലിയ ശല്യം ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ട്.ആയുർവേദവും ഹോമിയോയും മോഡേൺ മെഡിസിനും എല്ലാം എല്ലാകാലത്തും പഠിക്കുന്ന വ്യക്തിയാണ്.എന്നാൽ മുൻഗണന ആയുർവേദ ത്തിന് തന്നെയാണ്.കാരണം,വായിച്ചു പഠിച്ചു അതിൻ്റെ മർമം അറി ഞ്ഞത്....കൊണ്ട്...ഒടുവിൽ ഞാൻ പറയട്ടെ....ഈ ലോകം മുഴുവനും എന്നെ തടി ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരുവൻ ആയി അവഗണിച്ച് വിട്ടാലും...എനിക്ക് വിഷയമല്ല.കുഞ്ഞുണ്ണി മാഷ് പറഞ്ഞപോലെ....തടി ഇല്ലാത്തതാണ് എൻ്റെ തടി. അതെ.ഇപ്പൊൾ ഭാരം അൻപത് കിലോഗ്രാം.താങ്കൾ പറയുന്നു തടി കൂട്ടാൻ എളുപ്പമാണ് എന്ന്.പക്ഷേ...എൻ്റെ അനുഭവം അങ്ങനെ പറയുന്നില്ല.😂😂😂

ഡോക്ടർ എനിക്ക് 19 വയസ്സുണ്ട്.weight 37 ഉള്ളൂ . അഷ്ട ചൂർണം കഴിച്ചാൽ ദഹനം proper ആയി നടക്കുമോ . അഷ്ട ചൂർണം daily കഴിച്ചിട്ട് അജമാംസ രസായനം കഴിച്ചാൽ വണ്ണം വെക്കുമോ ? replay തരണേ🙏🏼
