Димаш, действительно, создал фильм, устрашающий по своей силе. Там, на концерте в Алматы, даже без полного видеоряда, он вызвал у меня полный ступор и озноб, исполняя эту песню. Он печалился, оплакивал человечество,, кричал о том, что мы должны вместе выбрать мирную жизнь! А голос Димаша усиливает во много раз видеоряд, в котором заключается его послание миру! Нас много, мы должны распространять это послание, полное боли и отчаяния! Спасибо за ваши эмоции!

I'm so glad you checked this out. I cried for 10 minutes after watching it the first time and still cry every time I watch it. Dimash will never be outdone by another in any category. This deserves every Movie Short and Music Video Award there is. I bet it doesn't even get recognized by the Western World. It should. It's better than anything that anybody in the Western World puts out. Movies or music videos or audio music. Nobody comes close to Dimash. His message is clear and so needed in this crazy world. Dear Mr Arab Man, Thank you very much for your reaction to this video. I can't tell you how many times I have seen and heard the song (there is a single of it on Sp***fy which I listen to in an endless loop). I also go back to Dimash's channel after every reaction video to this song to watch it again. It really makes me cry that this masterpiece still has relatively few views in the context of its epicness. Do I have to understand that? Probably it's enough for me to wonder *irony off*. I can't repeat often enough how much I love this piece. Dimash's voice has always got under my skin, but here he takes it to an unprecedented level - again. He's the master of "I'll kick it up a notch or two, guys." This man breaks me and makes me whole at the same time. So much wisdom is not usually found in a person of his age. I can't imagine my life without his music anymore. I'm addicted to him. Give him an Oscar, the Grammy and the Nobel Peace Prize. Qazakstan only achieved independence 30 years ago, Dimash is only 28. He knows the history of his homeland and of current and past heroes of the conflict. He detests war and has stated that wars are always between two people not two nations. He has stated that he is 'only a singer' so all he can do is 'use his voice'. This is Dimash's humility and him using his voice. Dimash composed the music and wrote the screen play. This was a project 3 years in the making on and off in-between commitments in many countries and his homeland not to mention his concerts of which there has been four in just this year alone. Dimash premiered The Story of One Sky live at his concert in Almaty, Qazaqstan on the 23rd September and the video released on the 24th. The emotion, heart and soul is real and I believe this was a way for him to vent his frustration at current world events. It’s mostly about life, death and rebirth. Director Alina Veripya is second to none in her field and portrayed everything magnificently.I believe she also directed ‘Okay’ for Dimash which was a great video. The Story of One Sky is an absolute mind blowing masterpiece and deserves unrivalled recognition from all corners of the earth. This makes you sad, cry and smile but leaves you questioning the direction we as a humans are travelling. Dimash promised something epic and that was a colossal understatement. But their gnomon not only lost its original form, but also lost that inner “window” that was originally inside it and - in theory - should let sunlight pass through itself, for the benefit of people. A gnomon that has lost the ability to pass the light of the Sun through itself also loses the ability to show a person the direction to a true guide, including a spiritual one. When a person distorts the original meaning of a symbol that is important to him, he turns it into something that contradicts the idea, essence, meaning, purpose of this symbol. And this something that has lost its connection with the light becomes a new symbol for a person, devoid of soul and light, blind, a compass, no longer oriented towards the light, but towards the darkness.

Beautiful beautiful reaction. Thank you. Such an epic masterpiece. The music itself (and the storyline) was composed by Dimash himself over 3 years. I have listened to the music score again and again. It is perfection. Its crescendos, diminuendos, shocks and cliff edges, delicacies, prayers and rallying cries are just perfection itself. So rich, so varied, so multilayered, multicultural and so many cleverly placed unusual cultural sounds interwoven.
