Next week brings Module 29 a Mountain of Flame! Here we move out of Wildspace and into Fire-themed maps, meaning you may want to find yourself a new set of Weapons to maximize your damage! Here I compare all the decent weapon sets that we can obtain and use to find which is the best in what situation, multi target and single target. This includes the new Magma Weapons, the Stormforged, Solarium, Weaver, Duergar, Perfect, Voidtouched, Xaryxian and Mirage Weapons!

And this is why I never bother with advanced/master dungeons. Why waste your time and deal with pointless overcomplicated mechanics and unrealistic DPS/tanking/healing checks for a tiny chance at gear from a hostile RNG? Something nearly as good will be available when they release another whole module with yet more endless gear creep much sooner than it should be released.....

@@NytLegend I run some dungeons. The ones I'm effective in. Like i don't run content where i can't kill anything by myself. I don't spend three hours in a dungeon like some folks do.

Not every support class is using weaver / mc weps especially in random groups , idk the math but 5man stack can be pretty good especially for dmg reduction, and ogd is allways consistent. I wish they add the old modifiers tho.

Like I said in the video, the reason I don't put 5 stacks, is because if you are going to have 5 stacks, then you may as well have 2 stacks + better weapon with tank and heal using them like you would at 5 stacks anyway.

Visuals of armors and weapons are great. They should capitalize on cosmetics. Did they change the bonus? I would bump up to 10% to cover raptor replacing a bit better

I'm absolutely getting these weapons for my alts. Much easier to obtain than Stormforged, good enough for Advanced dungeons, and a decent upgrade from anything they're already running.

Hey Aragon, just a quick question u being a math guy I figure u would know this, can u tell me how much what percent of damage equals what item level, so does 1k IL equal 1% damage or is it 10k IL that equals 1%?

that depends how much you already have. for example going from: 1 -> 2 = 100% increase 10 -> 11 = 10% increase 100 > 101 = 1% increase

I notice you always leave out Lionheart weapons in these comparisons. Is your opinion that they don't really hold up?

the do not have base damage boost, so they fall behind all these by a lot

@@Aragon- Interesting. With the higher damage bonus %, along with the 2.5% increase in recharge rate (if selected), on top of an additional 10% bonus to an at will.... I find that mine often outperform my starcore/solarium, and stormforged on my rogue.

the placebo effect xD feel free to check your exact damage values and compare. when I say base damage, I mean the stat +250 Damage. This is the equivalent of over 2,000 Item level that does not get scaled

cannot obtain them anymore, but they are okay. Others with extra base damage and the huge item level jump, are usually better

They haven’t showcased yet the Dungeon Weapons? It doesn’t make sense a new MOD with “Campaign Weapons” and those Campaign Weapons are the same from the Dungeon

MC weapons are the best for the full team. Stat weapons are good only for people who need stats. You push your opinions In these videos and your results are all completely biased and you can set your testing to have the results you want. The best teams run all MC with support companions. With that being said, you steer 1000s of people the wrong direction when you shit on MC by not factoring the entire benefit of ÷ 10 %damage, 10 %healing, -10% incoming damage

The only reason for damage dealers to use them is for +6% damage resist. The tank and healer should use them if they can afford to and give +4% already But you do not need 6% damage resist in any content, giving up the extra overall damage other weapons give. Feel free to actually do the math yourself if you doubt

They're definitely trying to get rid of raptor meta but all the raptorless builds are usually garbage. Take a look at the recent video aragon posted, replacing raptor with a stat companion makes absolutely no sense. There is no dmg gain there, along with a huge loss of stats, 18% from raptor compared to 7.5% from any other comp. If it were replaced with another dmg comp which there really isn't besides something like vicious direwolf, then it'd be better. And maybe instead of sacrificing a huge stat boost from raptor you could put on companion debuff enhancement pr take off a devils precision for a 10% dmg vs certain enemy overload. Tons of different ways to adjust stats around raptor that'll be far more beneficial than just not using it and putting on a 7.5% comp. Healers especially will suffer from that, you want vistani, grace and warlock/bard debuff chest or marilith? Well too bad need to make up the stats somehow.
