Ara, 🥰❤️this journal looks very nice. In this you ask about 'happiness in daily life'. Happiness is a precious thing.Losing happiness is a great loss , isn't it?🤔 Enjoy every second because life is very short .I become happy when I help someone,it gives me a positive energy.If others are happy because of me, I find happiness in that🤗 that's it. Hello Ara, what a beautiful bathtub drawing 🥰. Yes, happiness has many forms and definitely comes in different stages in your life. Like you said in the video just putting down stickers can bring someone happiness. Making a painting or sitting with your beautiful cats 😺💕. Loved that painting / drawing. Bath time to me is a sacred moment, lights switched off and at least one candle lighted up, sometimes some relaxing music, but no other interfering external distractor is allowed in 😄 I love it that way 🙃

Hi Ara, you are right, when there are cats there is never a day without happiness:). Thank you so much for your videos! Because of you I started journaling, and then started drawing, and now I am starting watercolor! I have learned so much from watching your videos. I also really appreciate that you are honest when you feel you have difficulty drawing or painting or, like in this video, when you say you're not learning as fast as you thought you would. It makes me feel better when I have difficulty drawing or painting too! Thank you for all the tuition and inspiration - you really have changed my life.

Hi Ara, its true pointing out one most happiest moment is difficult like picking your favourite song/music. There are so many for different moods & evoke different emotions in us. Whatever gives the mind & should peace & a sense of calm is happiness & that’s priceless. For me those are “Little Happiness” Your paintings are always very beautiful coz you put in so much love & effort in them. Sometimes watercolour needs layering as they dry lighter. May be that will help in increasing contrast & a sense of shadow & highlights. 😊 I also try learning from trial & error methods. Have a lovely week. Stay well. ✨🤗

Thank you so much ara for making this video. The note books is really sweet, the sticker is the best the clear stamps is easy to use so I also use it frequently. The water color combination is great this colors are expart to express happyness. Pet tape is now in hype I really like the way you use it. Some time we can't get the thing we want but you show us the way how to fullfiled your dreams through art. I naver say this but your video presentation is always so beautiful someday I really want to know how you shoot your vlog. Thank you again wish you have a happy weekend. 🙂

One thing I’ve learned in my mid-20s is to not encase a particular moment with just a single emotion because feelings are much more complex than that. Like, you can be happy but you can also feel sadness or anxiety or regret at the same time. And you know, life sometimes can be monotonous (being stuck to a 9-5 routine) that it’s kinda hard to find some semblance of happiness but I always try to by listening to my favorite (sad) songs, or eating what I’m craving for at the moment, or watching my favorite shows. 🥰

Yeah, i also agree about the happiness talk. Can't pick the most happiness moment in my life. The journal turns out as beautiful as it is. Recently, i bought watercolor and try to paint while imagining your painting in your journal video, but it's hard ( especially i don't really have a basic art experience too) maybe i feel the same way as you said in this video. Looking someone doing it, look like it's so easy, but when we are the one who doing it, hmmmm, not so easy 😂😂😂 Happy Weekend 언니 😊😊😊

I'm so happy 😆👏👏 I think watercolor is a more difficult technique than colored pencil drawing or oil painting. But let's keep trying together! It's difficult but fun. I wholeheartedly support you!🤩👍 Korea has become unbelievably cold in a few days 🥶🥶 The perceived temperature is -15 degrees. I went out today and my feet felt like they were going to fall off hahaha😭 I wish you a good Sunday and a good start to the new week!😊🎵✨

@@ARALAND i'm feeling unwell actually, feel nausea since yesterday. I guess i don't take enough sleep and since i sleep with a fan, i might catch a cold and feel headache, that's why feeling nausea. But its much better now. Ouuuu, isn't oil painting more difficult? i never play with it, since i always imagine people who doing oil painting is the one that took art faculty in university. Or at least in my country, because for school (from kindergarden untill high school) we usually only use colored pencil, crayon, spidol/marker, and for paste type we only use watercolor, acrylic (rarely) and poster color😂😂😂. I even only heard a word 'gouache' like last year (from your channel and kaiteki art). But if i search about it, gouache and poster color is a bit similar. But, anyways it's okay i'm still learning and i'm just use watercolor for fun, so i don't really feel burden . Since i'm not a pro. 😆 Omooo, winter is coming.. It's the start of soupy food then. Stay safe and Keep warm, 언니. Did you eat 밤 (chestnut)? I always remember people eat chestnut in fall to winter season in the country of four seasons, like Korea and Japan. That's my favourite type of nut, btw. Eventhough i still can find it in Indonesia, but it's not so easy to find it anywhere. So chestnut is so precious to me. Also i really love the infamous Mont Blanc Cake, its full of Chestnut and Creme de Marrons (Chestnut Paste). I remember that my sister ever bought a sweet peel-less chestnut snack from CJ Company ( 맛밤) when she comes to Korea in 2017, and bring it back to home. I taste it and i really love it, so sad she only bought 1 pack. 😂 I wishh same for your Sunday too. 아라 언니 🥰🤗

저는 제일 행복했던 순간이 외적인 행복인 운동, 무용, 노래, 독서 등 여러가지 예술활동하는 것도 행복하지만 가장 나에게 행복을 준 것은 내적인 그리일기,취미미술로 그림 그리기가 슬퍼하고 마음아팠던 나에게 위로가 되고 가장 행복한 시간과 순간들을 주는 행복이었어요.ㅠㅠ 저는 내년이면 고2가 되는 여고생 이예요. 그리고, 또 내친구 오지원이랑 같이 서로의 생일을 축하하며 보내는 것도 저의 행복이기도 해요.❤ 오늘 다꾸 영상도 잘 봤고, 아라님의 또 다른 그림일기를 들으며 서로 공감할 수 있으면 좋겠어요.^^

오늘도 정말 힐링하고 하루를 마무리 해요. 오늘의 주제 ‘행복’이라는 단어가 왠지 더 마음에 깊이 와닿는 것 같아요. 어떨 때 행복해? 라는 질문을 받았을 때 행복했던 순간이 너무 많아서 고르기 힘들어 대답을 미룬다면 정말 행복할 것 같지만, 사실 거의 대부분의 사람이 일상에 묻혀 마지막으로 행복했던 때가 언제인지, 내가 뭘 해야 행복한지 잊어버린채로 살아가니까요. 아라님은 행복할 때가 많아서 고민하신 것 같아서 그리고 밝고 따듯한 분위기에 다이어리에 그 감정이 느껴져서 오늘 특히 더 좋았던 것 같아요. 행복이라는 단어를 들으니 갑작스레 저녁 감성에 젖어버린 여고생이에요 ㅎㅎ. 항상 댓글 챙겨주셔서 감사합니다. 항상 행복하시고 앞으로도 행복한 순간들이 많아서 고르지 못하는 삶을 살아가시면 좋겠어요❤

No había pensado en mis momentos de felicidad. Al principio diría algo como "nunca he tenido un momento feliz", pero pensa do más a fondo, estoy de acuerdo contigo en que cada instante tiene un pequeño momento de felicidad. A mí la tristeza siempre me acompaña, me siento incompleta, algo me falta, pero no sé qué es. Aún así he logrado visualizar varios momentos llenos de alegría. Ha sido bonito poder reflexionar en ello gracias a ti, Ara 🥰 te mando un abrazo bien fuerte 💖

This is was so beautiful Ara. I really appreciate your thoughts about Happiness. Happiness can't be forced but there isn't a day when you don't feel happiness for at least once. Yesterday I journal a lot, and it made me so happy. Happiness is always in little things. Just like for you it was pasting the sticker, today for me it was my neatly written journal. I felt so happy that there were no mistakes that I kept looking at it all time. I am sure tomorrow it will be another reason to be happy
