Sir, relating to enforcement of awards, there is no automatic stay on it, that means after the final award the party can enforce it but @34:28 it is mentioned that enforcement of award is to be done after the time period for challenging the award has expired or appl made but rejected. Please clarify on this, when to enforce the award?

Sir, I have a doubt In one of the questions of ICAI, it has been mentioned that 2 parties enters into an agreement for supply of garments on demand basis provided order placed in advance. One of party being supplier defaults on the grounds of fire and theft at his manufacturing unit. Will it be classified as criminal offence and hence will not be matter of arbitration? Why?

5 matters are set aside to be dealt in court and one of those 5 matter is criminal offense so is theft so it'll be dealt by court not arbitration.
