And after commencement, COC bnega or use Base Resolution Plan submit kiya jayega for approval. But my doubt is ki COC me bhi to wahi FC's hi honge na, to ye double approval ni ho gya from FC's bcz application for initiation se pehle bhi to unka approval liya tha na Base Resolution Plan pe?

Sir, one doubt.. here (3:11) you said Parth (creditor of Corporate Debtor) can initiate PPIRP against Nature Organics (CD). But, here (40:43) you said, Corporate applicant can only be the CD itself i.e. Nature Organics. So, whether a Creditor can initiate PPIRP against CD?
