Good stuff. I'm a big believer in mediation where the parties decide how the conflict is resolved instead of a 3rd party picking a winner and loser. Sounds like you had a poor mediator in that war story!

@@PeterJLamontEsq if you have any open cases before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission that might benefit from mediation, it is available at any point of the investigation.
