As much as i support the principle objective I have to say you came across as a gang losing control. One of you was strutting like an MMA fighter entering the ring. You forced people to get out of your way, not deliberately, but the outcome is the same. You should have had a meeting together and planned your modus operandi. One of the security guards wanted to speak civilly and he kept away from bolshiness. You must not parade through an arcade like football fans after losing a match. I do not question your motives but you do not fight a Lion by growling back at it.

Could this be the same man?: From 2002 A MAN who sneaked into a 93-year-old woman's flat and stole money from her was jailed today for nearly nine years. Terrence Pollard, 46, was filmed by a security camera as he slipped into the sheltered accommodation of retired florist Winifred Laycock on two occasions. Pollard, of Hinton Street, Kensington, Liverpool, was convicted at Preston crown court of burglary and also burglary with intent to steal. He has 29 previous convictions, many of them for burglary.

Someone just did a KZfaq video today and that security guard who attacked that guy because he was filming with a camera is back working in the Ashton Arcades he needs to be sacked maybe go back to Ashton and look for that horrible security guard and make a complain about him make him lose his job for his shocking behaviour I find it disgusting that the horrible security guard hasn’t been sacked for attacking a person with a camera I find it absolutely disgusting

Total respect to you all guys and I love what you do - however all I'll say is this is where it goes too far and public support can wain - good Auditors don't actually trespass - once they ask you to leave then you go..(obviously you can try engage further etc) even if youre escorted out.. its on this very issue that wheat from the chaff Auditors get separated.

I can’t believe people in this day and age still look at people filming in public as weird or a crime, it’s 2023 the amount of content creators on KZfaq, TikTok etc you’d think people would have the brain capacity to just be like yeah it’s just another content creator, let them crack on, but instead they get assaulted for absolutely no reason, big up to all the auditors, especially kev for exposing real criminals and people that are just generally inadequate within their job roles 👍🏼

Shocking, never mind assault. what about 1/attempting to pervert the course of justice (delete the footage or else) 2/ Kidnaping (self explanatory on what is captured on the video) 3/ controlling and coercive behaviour (both of them should receive the min 2 years for this as it is clearly evident to it's worst degree 4/the shopping centre need to be fined and its licence reviewed immediately.

As anyone contacted the CEO of the company that runs the shopping centre?, also the SIA needs tp be informed as you have his name. Also contact HNK solictors who will probably take on the case on a no win basis. As the law states he can ask you to leave otherwise claased as aggivated tresspass but can only use 'reasonable' force which mean escorting you out otherwise it is classed as assault and battery which is a imprisonable offence. This guy needs to be stripped of his SIA licence and instant dismissal. .
