Netflix's only publishing Arcane. they have no part in animating the series. Riot hired an animation studio called Fortiche Prod from France for this.

they worked on Rise, POP/STARS, Get jinxed, and warriors. asfaik other animated stuff like Valorant's cinematic is made by Little Zoo studio. MORE and Tales of Runeterra is made by Axis studios.

A cinematic universe where they're in control of what they're releasing. They can partner up with a studio like Warner Bros. to help with production and stuff, but the writing, direction and stories are all from them. The lore is already interesting, they have some talented writers over there.

I hope that if we get more of Arcane in the future, each season follows different characters in a different region. A season set in the Freljord focused on Ashe, Sejuani and Lissandra would be really cool, or one that focuses on Lux, Garen and Sylas.

riot scheduled this for last year but the beer bug just had to show up last year. I don't play league anymore but I love the lore and animations so I just stick casually playing LoR.

Just recently finished the DOTA series on Netflix - as somebody who only plays Vermintide and knows nothing about the universe, I thought the show was exceptionally well done. Looking forward to more.
