This house is so perfect that it was sold very quickly to the young Chinese billionaire compared to other mansions within the same range price. It gives you a cozy vibe of a true house unlike other huge mansions just trying to show how luxury they are with black and white interior architecture all the time. This home is so popular that Jeff Beros already took a trip himself just to visit this house, but lastly he didn't buy it.

This house owner: SOooo I enter my Second house (I have 19 houses) with my customized Buggati La Voiture Noire of 18 million dollars decorated with polar bear hair, then I go to my golden door garage with security lasers, after that I get received by my 23 beautiful assistants, then I go to my helipod and hop on my 80 million dollar helipod that appeared in Suicide Squad, suddenly, I find myself at the other side of my house picking a car to leave my house with. Then I open my 6 car elevator evaluated about 2 million dollars, because I seriously don't know what car to choose. Then I enter my exclusive Mercedes Flying Car evaluated 70 million dollars, the only one in the world and then, I leave my house passing my platinum decorated, Italian Designed garage door.
