Exactly.. but sadly i think its far from beaing the truth. But im more interested in how long does it take to sold mansion like this since at this price tag even 0.1% will have trouble getting so much money ( earning 2.7mil in single year will get u to 0.1% and i dont think those guys will spend 15 years of their income into single house)

I mean, look at the positioning, unless someone is looking towards towards your bathroom with a telescope, they wouldn't see you. At least not in this specific house, I've seen others which are more exposed, but it's usually still not enough so that anyone could just walk around and see you showering
