This might be something I’d be interested in, but at the very least enjoy exploring the options! Do you have access to info on affordable land in southern Virginia, and other areas/states further south, and curious if there are other styles different than this “arched” style that is primarily made of steel, but different in the traditional sense?! For example, are there other styles to choose from resembling “a log cabin”, or a “cottage” type structure similar to that of a tiny house, but made with traditional materials instead of the steel material used to make the ‘arched’ structures?! Thank you for making this informative video outlining the options available that I’m sure will appeal to ppl who’re living on fixed incomes, have paid off their home’s, and their planning to sell, and move on to a brighter, & exciting new life change!👍🏻👍🏻🕊

Thank You for the video, it was very good. How much snow and ice can the Arched Cabin handle? ......I'm looking at Gaylord, MI in the highest point in northern Lower Peninsula that gets the lake effect snow fall of both Great Lakes Michigan & Huron which averages 141 inches of snow per year.

I know where the prices are located I only made comment about size because it’s hard to imagine and when you have cabins with furniture it helps with the visuals; it’s why open houses with furniture or staging sells faster because people need to see furniture in houses. @@books6000 - just saw this comment. The larger (blue) cabin is 20 feet wide by 24 feet long; the two smaller cabins are 16 x 18. For the smaller cabins, the arch overhangs by 6 feet in front and 2 feet in back. Hope that helps.

What size is the blue cabin? I was hoping you’d tour that one - it seems like the perfect size for a starter cabin! The arched cabins website has tons of photos of the bigger ones (built out) but the blue one is more aligned with what we’re looking for. I’ll see if I can find it on the air B&B listing. Dexx - the blue cabin is our larger one; it is 20 feet wide and 24 feet long. The upstairs loft is 12 feet wide by about 16 feet (lose space in the width because of the arch!)

I like the Arched Cabins. But,I just don't want to live out in the middle of nowhere. I'm sure it's quiet and nice but don't want to be antisocial. There's no walmart and there's no near by malls or the Church or anything. This is why the people die early.

You can build them closer to cities as long as the cabins adhere to your county's building requirements and restrictions such as minimum square footage.
