At saka architect kaya mas mahal ang quartz ay dahil madali shang i-maintence. Hindi sya nagwa-water mark. Di ktulad ng marble pag nag-water mark ay mahirap i-maintenance. Sangkatutak na buffer ang kelangan mong gawin. Pinaka-maganda na po ang quarts kesa sa marble.

Ang panget sa quartz is hindi ka pwede mag patong ng mainit na pan/kaldero/kawali, masisira quartz counter top mo. Mag granite ka na lang. 💗

sir gawa po kayo Video about Genkan at kung pano po ito (possible po ba) magagawa sa mya typical house and lots... for context po may kinuha po kami preselling single attached unit and we're thinking of ways or possible po ba gumawa ng Genkan sa bahay. Iniisip kasi namin either i raise ung floor (leaving some space alloted for Genkan) kaso parang maabot na namin ung kisame (flooring ng second floor) OR bakbakin ung space for Genkan. THANKS kung mapansin man! :)

Ang hirap nung marble na counter. Sa bahay ng parents ko, natapunan ng dark roast espresso tapos medyo nanuyo, nagkaroon ng stain na permanent naabsorb na nung marble. Pati may stain din ng strawberry na ni-cut derecho sa counter top 😅

Also where can I buy a good type of calacatta quartz? Saan po kayo bumili ng quartz? I have a calacatta marble as my kitchen island pero hindi bagay sa kitchen kasi it stains, it absorbs oil and acidic foods kaya am looking for quartz for my kitchen island
