my pet peeve with kitchen sinks is when the faucet is so close to the wall. its difficult to clean behind the faucet. an expert suggested that the distance between the wall and the faucet should allow a hand to fit between. it's easier to clean/wipe behind the faucet. makes sense.

Napapansin ko lang ang nga kusina sa Pilipinas, hindi priority and bintana. Madilim na wala pa ventilation.

Ayoko din ang walang bintana o maliit na bintana o npkataas na bintana sa kahit saang parte ng bahay. Gusto ko matanaw ko ng husto sa labas at maraming preskong hangin n pumapasok. Pareho tayo ng observation madam. Feeling ko suffocated ako sa maliit at npktaas na bintana.

Pag wala po bintana madilim tapos wala pa exhaust fan lahat ng amoy umiikot lang sa loob ng bahay. Dapat talaga May exhaust fan at bintana para maliwanag at preskong hangin at bawas sa bill sa kuryente❤

naka dikit ba yung sink ng adhesive or silicone? iniisip ko pag nag-linis baka mag seep yung tubig sa edge nya. Personally mas ok nga pag naka ganyan ang kitchen sink. Kadalasan kasi naka fix, lalo yung conventional na naka tiles namalaki. problema sa maintenance, kung need palitan, magtitibag ng kaunti, or baka nga palit tiles pa. Keep it up!

Archi, newly subscribe po ako sa channel nyo. Ask ko lang po ano recommeded nyo sa cabinet modular, may nattanungan ako laminated wood cabinet sila, meron din ako natanungan aluminum cabinet naman sila. Parang naggandahan ako sa mga design ng laminated wod pero mas matibay naman daw ang aluminum. Please advise po and God Bless Archi Ed.

Tama po kayo, mas maganda ang itsura ng lamboards pero mas matibay ang aluminum. It is just a matter of preference kung ano po ang mas matimbang sa inyo: looks or durability. Kung ako po ang tatanungin, personal preference ko ang lam.boards.

Laminated marine plywood. Aluminum is durable but i am not ok with it's looks

good morning po arch. ed. tanong ko lang po kung anong difference ng duco paint finish at dead flat finish sa kitchen cabinets? alin po ang mas maganda sa dalawa? salamat po!

Duco finish po is a technique. Pinapatay yung grain or haspe ng kahiy. Tinatakpan ng masilya ang mga pores kaya talagang sarado masilya at nagmumukhang plastic na ung kahoy. Ang Dead flat naman is yung look na walang gloss or walang kinang.

Good day. Tanong ko lang po magkano magpa renovate ng kitchen. Dahilan ko po tuwing magbe bake o magluluto kami pag may bisita psrsng ang sikip at nakakapagod dahil bakahiwalay ang ref sa dirty kitchen. Open plan po itong bahay namin.

Kung yung sink po nasa other side, would it still be ergonomic? So magiging parang pa-L shape. Ref > space (paglalapagan nung nilabas from ref) > sink (washing) > space (food prep area) > stove. Or rule of thumb po na dapat paganyan syang triangle? :) Honest question po, kasi we're also in the process of planning our future house :)

good am po Architect... problema ko po ang aming kusina dahil sa inside gatter dahil tumutulo , napakarami na pong gumawa at napakalaki na po ng nagagastos namin... baka pwede nyo po kaming tulungan kung paano maaayos ang aming inside gatter sa kusina. salamat po
