Thank you for all your videos sir. It was soo detailed and informative. I have a doubt hope you could clarify. You mentioned that it would take 15 - 18 months to construct a house but does the time vary from the size of the house that you are building? Also If I want to build a house in a 1800 sq ft land with 2 bhk, hall, dining, open courtyard in groud floor and first floor with 1 bhk and hall, will it take the same amount of time to construct the house?

Sir, it’s a good video with a lot of information. In an earlier video we have seen that Rs 2500 per sqft is as your rate. Whether this includeds all architecture designing,structural designing,construction and interior designing and construction? Whether we may have our own builder for construction with your technical support. Then what will be the sqft rate? Will you extend your support in suburban area like Urapakkam. Will you design for medium or economy budget also. Kindly clarify sir. Thank you.

The cost I mentioned in the other video only includes the construction, it does not include the interiors and doesn't include the design fee. You can choose any contractor you are comfortable with the rate will depend on their quotation. We can design throughout Tamil Nadu area

Yes it is possible Candidates who have completed 16 years of age are eligible to apply. There is no upper age limit for candidates. The minimum educational qualification is a 10+2/ Intermediate with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
