Living and dining room on two different levels looks good but practically very difficult especially for old people to move around.

They will ask u around 5000rs per sq.ft.

Better u give interior and elevation for contract It will reduce ur cost u can building in 2000rs above per sq.ft u purchase electrical and sanitary ware premimum and u can buy designer sofas all at cheap price . Tell ur land area I will a estimation

Its is great house but very disappointing kitchen , why is kitchen never given the wow factor , if you look at western countries mostly kitchen is given more importance than living or dining
