"Doubles" is not referring to two subjects, it's referring to one: a match wherein players compete in teams of two, e.g. "This doubles match is boring." You would not write it "These doubles match are boring."

If you said it in a general sense, not specifying a particular moment, you would use are. For example, "doubles matches in general are boring". You wouldn't say, "doubles matches in general is boring". The title of this video isn't pointing out a specific time frame, therefore it should be are.
