Old European anthems are distinguished by having a classic tone that makes it possible to play them on occasions such as weddings and parties. How I love old Europe. It is the finest embodiment of fine art

The Hymn to the King it was the national anthem of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, was written and set to music by Giovanni Paisiello and commissioned by King Ferdinand I of the Two Sicilies in 1787; it was then adopted in 1816. The text underwent various modifications over time; a score was found that contained the text of the hymn dated between 1835 and 1840. The name given in the text changed every time a new ruler was crowned. Here is the first version of the hymn, from the reign of Ferdinand I of the Two Sicilies. The second verse suggests that the hymn must have been composed before the formation of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (1816), when the two kingdoms (Serbs on the double throne) were separated into the Kingdom of Naples and the Kingdom of Sicily. The score includes the performance with two parts of singing: soprano and bass, the instruments used are: flutes, clarinets in C, oboes, horns in F, trumpets in C, bassoon and snake.

this may be alternate history and i am not supposed to question this but. How did giuseppe garibaldi work for the kingdom of 2 sicilies and not for the house of savoy to unite the italian peninsula?

Well if this is kaiserreich like I believe, then Garibaldi doesn't actually work for the two sicilies. In KR, after the the central powers victory in WW1, Italy falls in a civil war between Republicans, Socialists, anti-Savoy Monarchists and pro-Savoy Monarchists, that essentially ends in a stalemate. Every faction that isn't socialist is then reorganized in the Italian federation with the help of the Austrians, which later disintegrates. The now reformed factions each plan to reunite Italy through a "second risorgimento" of which Cavour and Garibaldi are symbols. The Two sicilies was recreated by the Austrians as a member of the Italian federation to host the anti-Savoy Monarchists, which in fact end up seeing the bourbon-two sicilies has the heirs of the house of Savoy and wish to have them rule all of Italy.

Uhm why is there a picture of Garibaldi since it was a Republican AND single-heandendly obliterated the Kingdom of Two Sicilies in the Risorgimento of our timeline?
