Hi. Need a lil help here! I got a 05 650. No brakes so I did all new calipers. Still no brakes. Just replaced master cylinder still no lock. Handle still don't seem to be doing much. Pretty lose goes all the way in! Any ideas what it might be? Thanks

If you open a bleeder screw and pull the lever, do you get any fluid out at all? It sure sounds like a fluid issue. If you had a blockage, then you'd get resistance on the lever, but if the lever is going all the way down it sounds like you've got air trapped somewhere that's compressing. We think we'd try bleeding it really good to get that air out of there. Thanks for the question!

If only we could have seen what the camera saw at about 2:40. You can totally see that the caliper isn't in position.

We noticed that on review lol the camera points right at the caliper with the bolts gone

What the heck did Dr Torque say in Jake's garage? All I can think of is jello bone? Jelly roll? Neither of those sound right.

Uncle Jake went back and did exactly that, for the same reason. So rest easy, they match now. We totally agree with you.

Normally I would have ordered the correct OEM ones, but that would have taken a week or more. I wanted to get the ATV back to Gary, and didn't want to use the larger head bolts in all four locations due to the space available.

I HAVE A 700MUD PRO AND IT EATS BRAKE PADS AND WHEEL BEARINGS. SHOCK ALWAYS NEED NEW BUSHINGS AFTER A WHILE TOO.
