I love 1” cut short ferrule broadheads, for the many benefits that particular design inherently has. The bows weight and the arrows weight when fully understood makes a 1” broadhead extremely accurate and capable. A broadheads cut is only one dimension of its inherent capability and I realize the industry’s hype is based on cutting diameter but I will choose penetration length over blade area every time. 2 holes are better than one! (Wink wink)😂 T.O.T.A. 1” 4 blade for my setup has been integral to my huntings shot system as a whole.

I used your 1” four blade vented last season with my crossbow and killed a nice buck AND a full grown doe with the same broadhead! I believe in your broadheads and will be using them next season and beyond!

I have found over time and many dead animals that my setup with the slick trick standards or the Magnus black Hornet/ bleeder gives me the most confidence because it is a deadly combination. The ability to place whatever size broadhead is paramount over size. I think too many believe they need a larger cutting head because of two things- marketing and to compensate for lack of skill/equipment/practicing?

Marketing is a massive component, gore sells!

20-25 years ago I used muzzy 4 blade 1” cut in contact broadhead. I never had any trouble killing deer but I don’t remember having good blood trails. Could have been shot placement, lack of a exit or other things. Hard to remember em all that far back.

These things are so case by case, especially blood trails. Thank you for commenting and watching!

I’ll share my experience since I shot my last buck with the TOTA solide 4 blade 1”. So I shoot a Mathews Phase 4, 55lbs draw weight and 30.5” draw length. This was a whitetail on October 4th at 20 yards broadside. I was set up on the ground so perfect shot angle! I tucked my pin right behind his right shoulder and the shot hit perfect. Buck took off and heard him crash out of sight in the thick bush. Still decided to give it an hour and came back. Zero blood at point of impact, which had me panicking at first. Didn’t find my arrow. Luckily found the buck dead about 40 yards away, where I had heard him crash. Arrow was found broken, so I assume it went through and was hanging on the exit side and broke off as the buck ran away. It was a very deadly shot, but the only negative thing was the lack of blood trail…assuming the hole was plugged ? This was not a small whitetail, 216lbs field dressed… Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll be using the same heads for 2024!

The deer around here has never complained about the 1" solids. I have never heard a peep from them...

So short story, knew a guy that was on a mule deer hunt. Said dude had 1 arrow in his quiver that had a field point on it and in the heat of the shot (which materialized rather quickly in front of him) he grabbed the arrow with the field point. Arrow flew and double lunged a very nice 3x4 buck at 40 yards. With his standard size field point he had effectively put a 30 caliber hole through that bucks lungs and he died about 60 yards later. Shot placement is paramount folks. Oh and use a very sharp TOTA broadhead 👍🏻👍🏻 We still joke with him about that

We only see that when they are shot at the same spot and make contact in the target, they are that accurate! We have a warning going into our new packaging about that, we see lots of split arrows too

2 things!!! 1. The heads are super deadly. 2. See nr.1
