Yea. I love how my son wait when we both cool off when we get mad at each other. He will always come to me and ask for an apology when I’m wrong. Him “ mom are you still mad?” Me “no baby”. Him, “I didn’t like how you spoke to me and I feel you owe me an apology. If you want me to be respectful to you, then you need to be respectful to me too.” Me, “you are right. I am sorry for speaking to you in a disrespectful manner. You are right although you’re a child, you’re still a person and an individual. So I should’ve spoke to you with respect.” My son is 12 years old though but I always encourage him to speak his mind respectfully of course

Same and God because he protects me through so many hurdles. It’s so crazy because I literally can sense angels around me. I was pronounced dead in 2000 at the age of 6 from drowning at the Bahamas. After an hour a random guy who was American stepped in and punched my back causing me to start breathing again. My heart stopped and the electric machine to make the heart beat wasn’t doing Justice. I have to start loving myself because I’ve really been beating myself up and it’s physically hurting my body and giving me bad headaches. Anyways,Times are challenging but there’s hope.

One time my 4 year old daughter missed behave in church so i sent her straight to bed after i yelled at her and then i couldn't sleep, like God didn't let me, so i went woke her up and apologized for the way i reacted, she said it's ok Mami, Jesus came and gave me a hug, i was shook because i realized she was healed and i could be in trouble for not having the right reaction, since the bible does say be angry but don't sin. She told me what Jesus looked like and i laughed in shock because i never read to her what the bible says on his discription and of images I've seen sounds nothing like what she saw except for a white robe sandals and a sash.

You honestly hit this on the nail for me… I have a two year old and a 3 month old so I’m not working anymore so that I can be a stay at home mama… because of that I felt like I was missing out on doing good works with other people but the Lord reminded me that my children are really the Lords children and I am responsible for talking to them in a loving way and teaching them well. I now understand that I am expected to do good works with my own children.

Growing up with a mother that rarely apologies does create weird dynamics. My mother (also family members around us) always says “parents or elders don’t ever need to apologise” like what the hell.
