Great video, Loved the collaboration! Thank you Chris for all the effort you put to give us this unique content. As for the question, is Creed good? In my personal opinion, it is. Out of all niche and designer houses, I gravitate to their fragrances the most. My favorite fragrance ever is Silver mountain water, followed by Mellisime Imperial and Erolfa. And though I don’t own Aventus, my most complimented fragrance ever is it’s clone, CDNI limited edition edp by Armaf. I read the ghost perfumer. I know about the lies. But that affects my opinion on the previous owners, not the fragrances. I’m glad that we now know to whom we give recognition. Pierre Bourdon and JC Herault. I still give recognition to Olivier for his unmatched nose! For appreciating the work of Bourdon and Herault and other perfumers when other companies rejected their work and making it into a reality for us to enjoy. If it wasn’t for him Silver mountain, Mellisime, Erolfa, Green Irish Tweed and Aventus DNA would have probably never existed! Even the made up stories and imagery behind their making shows how much of genius he is (Olivier). Prices are too much though, but I always buy Creeds from discounters for almost half the price so problem solved.

This is probably one the best answers around this subject, yes they lied, but would we buy it if the history/story was diferent? I think the principle is judge the product not the owners, for all luxury goods its origins and stories are full of lies and deciept.. also the creator almost never gives life to its product its always the sales person or promoter... this feels like Thomas Edison vs Nikola Tesla....

Stick with the Aventus clones. I recently got the original Aventus and it is not nearly as good as Club De Nuit even if Aventus was $30 a bottle. $450 per bottle is outrageous. Better stick with houses that like to put out quality fragrances.

I've been buying Creed clones just out of curiosity. The problem is they may be very close to the Creed original, but I'm finding that many people don't like the smell and much prefer ordinary store brands like YSL, D&G, or Versace to name a few. I personally find Creed to be highly over-rated and outrageously over-priced. You can have it.

Correct, many tests have shown, that 90% of women don't like Creed, particularly Aventus. My personal experiences are the same: Not a single compliment for Aventus, a lot of every time I wear Dior Homme 2020 or Sauvage EDT.

Well maybe that’s why Aventus is called the king of fragrances but nobody has claimed it is the king of designer fragrances that would be between bleu de Chanel and sauvage .

Don't spend the money if you need a ''push'' through watching a youtube video. Just sample the fragrance and decide for yourself. It is your sense of smell and your skin chemistry. You may find it smells off on you, disappears quickly or something else. That's why it's not smart to blind buy because an influencer says it's good.

Honestly your youtube channel should be a hit. I like the quality of your video. And I also think people should be more interested in fragrances and not just see it as a "rich product". You don't need to be billionaire to getting interested on that kind of stuff. And for the price it also lasts long enough on my opinion.

Very good! I am not a Creed fanboy, because I only have 3. But the 3 I have are great. And they are new bottles- all 2 years old or less. I have SMW, Aventus, and Royal Oud. They perform as good or better than any in my 80 bottle collection. And 2 of my 3 most complimented of all time.

Creed must use artisan perfumers from the major houses with some sort of gagging order. They have several classics which I own like bois du Portugal 120ml bot, royal Oud 120ml bot ( gorgeous), Aventus 500ml(😂) brill but many average perfumes. All staggeringly price. Price can reflect the mythology of the brand and the places where they trade from I guess. Great vid👍🏻
