Copycat Arby’s Curly Fries
Serves 4 (or 2 if you’re super hungry! :)
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Grill Time: 30 minutes (or 35, if you’re like us and like SUPER crispy fries!)
Total Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
4-6 yellow potatoes
Canola oil spray
3 tbsp flour (gluten free works great too!)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Scrub your potatoes to make sure they’re nice and clean. Cut the end off each side of each potato. Using a vegetable spiralizer, spiralize each potato and place into a large bowl. Rinse with cold water until the water runs clean. Place on a paper towel lined baking sheet and allow to air dry for an hour. Remove the paper towel and spray the potatoes with oil spray. Toss and spray, making sure they’re completely covered. In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle all of the spice mixture over the potatoes, while tossing to ensure they’re evenly coated. Add a clean grill grate and air crisp basket to the Ninja Woodfire. Set the Ninja Woodfire to the ‘AIR CRISP’ setting, and add 40 minutes on the timer. (We like to give ourselves extra time in case we want them a bit crispier!). When it says ‘add food,’ place the potatoes in the air crisp basket, and shut the lid. Check on them at about 15 minutes, and stir them around. Then check again at 30 minutes. If you like them crispier, leave them in for a bit longer! Serve with ketchup and BONUS - a homemade roast beef & cheese sandwich would be AWESOME!
