The BGE is AWESOME!!! Coming from an eggHead cuz I have 3 (Mini Max, Med., and XL).. They are all amazing cookers and are capable of cooking almost anything you can think of putting into them. Like you said in video, they come with a lot of stuff and you need to know what you are doing" but must good or great things in life are like that, and get better with age 😉 If you have the drive to learn how to use one, I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
